Construction on this 109-room Home2 Suites Hotel in Muncie, Indiana commenced in May 2024. Located in NW Muncie, just north of Ball State University's campus, the completed project will be easily accessible to and from I-69, the university campus, and downtown Muncie.

Our team underwrote the project, secured the Home2 Suites franchise, provided pre-development services for the project, including obtaining all necessary entitlements, leading site and building design, FF&E procurement, owner's representation services, and managed legal needs for the project. This project is also part of the Cardinal Crossing development district, which includes 3 retail outlots.
